How cats are made and destroyed
Mint
Buy 1,000,000 $UNICAT in a single trade and a cat is struck from the next number and minted straight into your wallet.
Burn
Sell the same amount and one of your unprotected cats is destroyed. Its slot opens. Its number is never struck again.
Protect
A cat listed for sale cannot burn. A cat someone bought can never burn. Holding is safety; selling is risk.

The token
One instrument, two forms.
$UNICAT and the cats are permanently linked. There is no separate mint, no allow-list, no drop. The only way a cat is ever born is a large enough purchase of the token; the only way one dies is a large enough sale. The collection’s population is the token’s trading history, made visible.
Whoever holds the cat holds the proof. Whoever sells the token pays in cats.
